Get page image from a book

GET 
/api/v1/books/:book_id/pages/:page_number

Extracts and serves the image for a specific page from CBZ/CBR/EPUB/PDF. For PDF pages, supports HTTP conditional caching with ETag and Last-Modified headers, returning 304 Not Modified when the client has a valid cached copy.
